Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or engaging with AddMaster Resources. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and your relationship with AddMaster Resources. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website.
1. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
AddMaster Resources reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after any modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
2. User Representation:
By using our website, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are responsible for any liabilities incurred through the use of our website or services. You acknowledge your financial responsibility for all usage of our website by you or anyone using your login information.
Payments for our services are accepted via Credit Card, PayPal, and manual invoicing. AddMaster Resources or AddMaster Designs will send you an invoice for payment.
- Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or electronic check through the invoice. A PayPal account is not required.
- A 50% to 75% non-refundable deposit is required before starting a project. We do not provide refunds for fees paid in advance. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable.
- The remaining balance will be invoiced upon completion of the job.
- Additional charges for graphics or site builds will be discussed and agreed upon before the final invoice is sent.
- Additional charges may apply for stock images, and original image files will not be emailed until the full balance is paid.
- If the client fails to make the final payment within 10 days, a $100 late fee will be applied for every subsequent week.
- All setup fees are nonrefundable and will be retained by AddMaster Resources in case of project cancellation or postponement.
4. Additional Charges:
Some services or items may fall outside the scope of a project's package pricing. These may include SEO services, additional graphics, coding and customization, or other specific client requests. Any additional charges will be communicated and agreed upon before the final invoice is sent.
Projects canceled at least 30 days prior to the start date may be rescheduled at the end of our queue. Cancellations made less than 30 days from the project start date result in full loss of deposit and may be rescheduled only with payment of another deposit.
Due to the custom nature of our work, AddMaster Resources does not issue refunds for any reason. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more information.
7. Project Timeline:
We do not guarantee a completion date for any project, although most projects can be completed within 3-4 weeks. The timeline depends on client feedback and revision requirements. If you have a specific deadline, please inform us in advance.
8. Rush Jobs:
For urgent projects requiring completion within a week, we offer "rush rates" that prioritize your project. Rush rates incur an additional 50% charge on the total project cost.
9. Design Process:
Clients are required to fill out a detailed design questionnaire to communicate their needs effectively. An estimated price breakdown will be provided based on the questionnaire. Prices are subject to change.
Our prices include 1 major revision on the chosen design. Each additional revision or new concept will incur a $25 charge. Once the client approves the finalized design, any subsequent changes will be subject to a revision fee.
11. Website Copyright & Credit:
Upon delivery, the copyright for your website design is transferred to you. However, the design must be kept intact and not altered after installation. Any changes to the design must be made with the express permission of AddMaster Resources. Removal of any portion of the design requires complete removal of the design and the use of a new WordPress theme, Shopify, WooCommerce, or Wix template. The design credit for AddMaster Resources must be kept in the footer as long as you are using the design.
You may provide your own photos or stock images for use in your design. If stock images are chosen, it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with licensing and photography copyrights. AddMaster Resources is not liable for any issues related to photos or design elements provided by the client.
12. Social Media Management:
For clients engaging in social media management services, the client is responsible for providing all necessary content, including images and captions, to initiate the process. If the client fails to provide the required content within a reasonable timeframe, the non-refundable deposit will be retained by AddMaster Resources.
Email is the primary means of communication between AddMaster Resources and clients. It is important to respond to our questions and provide feedback in a timely manner to facilitate the design process. Failure to communicate for a period of 72 hours may result in the project being placed on hold and moved to the end of our current queue. In such cases, an additional fee of 25% of the project cost may be required to reschedule at the top of the waiting list.
14. Phone Consults:
First-time clients who require a phone consultation should schedule it via email. Phone consultations are subject to a fee of $75 per hour and are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm EST.
15. Usernames & Passwords:
You are responsible for providing the necessary usernames and passwords for WordPress, Wix, Shopify access, FTP access, hosting, and domain name registration. While we take measures to protect this information, we recommend changing your passwords after the design process is completed for added security.
16. Website Protection and Security:
While AddMaster Resources strives to provide a secure service, we cannot guarantee the integrity of data transmitted or stored via the internet or our systems. AddMaster Resources is not liable for any claims of damage or loss caused by data loss, password compromises, or hacking of your website. You are solely responsible for keeping your site updated and backed up. We offer maintenance packages to enhance security, but we cannot guarantee complete protection. In case of a hack, we can assist in resolving the issue, but charges for this service will apply at an hourly rate of $65.
AddMaster Resources reserves the right to include "AddMaster Resources Inc" at the bottom of any materials produced by AddMaster Resources.
18. Client's Responsibilities:
As a full marketing firm, we rely on our clients to actively participate in the marketing and advertising process. It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate and timely information, feedback, and approvals throughout the project duration. Failure to do so may result in project delays and may impact the effectiveness of the marketing efforts.
19. Social Media Management:
For social media management services, the client is responsible for providing all necessary content, including images, videos, and captions, to initiate the process. Failure to provide the required content within a reasonable timeframe may result in delays in posting and may affect the overall effectiveness of the social media strategy.
20. Results and Success:
While we strive to deliver the best marketing and advertising services, the effectiveness and success of the marketing efforts may vary depending on various factors beyond our control. These factors may include market conditions, target audience response, competition, and the client's own products or services.
AddMaster Resources does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from the use of its services. We are committed to applying our expertise and industry standards to achieve the best possible results, but ultimately, the success of the client's business depends on various internal and external factors.
As a full marketing firm, we may recommend or use third-party services, products, or tools in conjunction with our services. However, it is essential to note that we are not responsible for any third-party services' performance, quality, or outcomes. Any engagement with third-party services is solely at the discretion and responsibility of the client.
AddMaster Resources provides marketing and advertising advice based on the best knowledge and expertise available at the time. However, the marketing landscape is dynamic, and strategies may evolve over time. As a result, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided.
Clients are encouraged to seek independent advice, conduct their own research, and evaluate the suitability and appropriateness of the services provided by AddMaster Resources for their specific needs.
Release and Indemnification:
By engaging our services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions. Clients also agree to release and hold harmless AddMaster Resources from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, United States. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
These Terms and Conditions, together with any additional agreements, constitute the entire agreement between the client and AddMaster Resources concerning the use of our website and services and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
